Order Cancellation Policy

 

Customers may request to cancel an order within two hours of confirming the order, provided that it has not yet been handed over to the delivery company.

 

Once two hours have passed from order confirmation, or once the order has been handed over to the delivery company, whichever occurs first, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

If an order is cancelled after preparation has started but before it is handed over to the delivery company, a preparation and packaging fee of AED 65 may be deducted from the refundable amount to cover the cost of preparing and packaging the order.

 

If payment has already been made and the cancellation is accepted within the permitted period, the remaining refundable amount will be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

 

Special orders or items specifically sourced or prepared for the customer cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

 

AH Jewelry reserves the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or if an unintentional error occurs in the product information or price. In such cases, the customer will be contacted and any applicable amount paid will be refunded.
