Exchange and Return Policy

AH Jewelry carefully inspects every piece before preparing and shipping each order.

Due to the nature of jewelry and accessories, returns and refunds are not available after the order has been received.

Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a clear manufacturing defect present upon delivery. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or a video showing the condition of the item and the defect.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all accessories and original packaging.

Exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear or use, exposure to perfume, water, creams, or chemicals, or damage caused by improper handling or care.

Once the item has been inspected and a manufacturing defect is confirmed, an exchange will be arranged subject to product availability.
